Diced Fitness LLC ("Diced," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Diced Fitness mobile application and website (dicedfitness.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. We do not collect your real name unless you choose to provide it.

Workout Data: We store your workout history, including exercises performed, reps, weights, duration, and timestamps. This data is tied to your account.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics such as app opens, features used, and crash reports to improve the app experience.

Promo Codes: If you enter a promo code during signup, we store that code with your account for business tracking purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Diced Fitness app
To track your workout progress and display your history
To manage your account and subscription status
To communicate with you about your account or the service
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Firebase employs industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We implement Firestore security rules to ensure users can only access their own data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Google's privacy policy applies to their services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Gym Partners: If your account is linked to a partner gym, the gym administrator may see your email and workout count. They cannot see your detailed workout logs.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data through the app
Delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings > Delete Account in the app
Export your workout history by contacting us

When you delete your account, all data including your profile, workout history, and custom exercises are permanently removed from our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Diced Fitness is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
